Inject A Little Spring into Your Home

No matter the time of year, my aesthetics very much lie with a bright, spring-inspired colour palette. For me, there’s nothing better than knowing that even though it may be dark and gloomy outside, that I can come home to a place that is full of pastels, florals and soft spring tones. From duck egg blue accents to a floral vase, there are so many simple ways to add a sprinkle of springtime joy into your home, without going overboard.

Serving bowls make a perfect accent piece on a dining table, or in the kitchen, and this floral one from Nathalie Lete with Anthropologie is simply gorgeous. Style up with a pastel pink tablecloth and wicker table settings for a rustic, cottagecore feel.

Detailed napkin rings are my new fascination, and these are some of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen. Wisteria are some of my favourite flowers, and so naturally I have fallen in love with these. Paired with a simple cream napkin, or even a soft blue or lilac, would make for a gorgeous table setting. I might add these to my basket for my Easter tablescape.

An apron is an essential for any kitchen, and this one just screams spring. Adorned in lovely, vibrant flowers, there’s something so whimsical and happy about it. This means that you can protect your clothes whilst cooking, but still look cute! I also love this peach print one and this other floral one.
