Colour Crush: Green

Jumper – Miss Patina // Skirt – Nasty Gal // Boots – Franco Sarto (sold out – I’ve found a couple of sizes on eBay here) // Earrings – H&M (old – similar here)

When adding pieces to my wardrobe I lean towards bright and cheery pieces that remind me of springtime, and work well with my pastel and neutral coloured collection. One colour that is new on my radar, and is calling my name more than ever, is green. Whether it’s a pastel green, muted sage or even the occasional emerald, I seem to be adding green pieces to my wishlist all over the place.

I picked up this gorgeous Miss Patina jumper in last year’s Black Friday sales, and it’s honestly the most adorable jumper I’ve ever owned. From the beautiful green shade to the delicate rose detailing on the collar, it’s everything I could ever want from a pretty and feminine jumper. It also comes with a cream ribbon to tie around the neck for a little bow detail, but I prefer to style it without.

It won’t come as a surprise that I’ve been styling it up with my ultimate favourites, my Franco Sarto Katherine boots, for a classy, warm-toned look. The dark brown of the boots works perfectly alongside the light green to add a wintery theme to the outfit, but the jumper could also be styled up with lighter toned pieces as we move into the springtime.
