I was so excited about this mask as it provided all of the benefits of a clay mask (and you know how much I love a good pore clearing mask!) without the mess. I am often put off a mask purely because of the mess and hassle it takes to apply it, so having the opportunity to have a clay mask, but with the easiness of a sheet mask was fantastic. It was incredibly easy to apply as it came in two different sections; the top section was slightly too big for my face so actually ended up getting in my hair. I didn’t mind as I was actually washing my hair straight after removing this mask, but if you aren’t planning on having a shower I wouldn’t go for this mask.
This mask had to be left on for 30-40 minutes so I popped it on and got on with writing blog posts whilst it worked its magic. This is quite a long time for a mask to be kept on so I’d save this mask for a pamper night as it is definitely not a quick fix mask.
When I removed this mask I could immediately feel the effects; whilst removing it I could almost feel it pulling the dirt from my pores. It was a much gentler way of clearing my pores than a peel-off mask and my skin immediately looked cleaner and brighter.
Would I re-use this mask?
I would definitely re-use this mask as I feel it cleared my pores effectively without irritating my sensitive skin, which lots of peel-off masks tend to do. It smelt incredibly nice, meaning that that it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
