I’ve never tried anything quite like Oh K’s hydrogel masks, and this caviar hydrogel mask, is my favourite so far. The light, yet sturdy, nature of hydrogel masks, make them so effortlessly easy to apply and they feel so refreshing on your skin that it’s an all round stress free, enjoyable experience.
This mask has to be left on for half an hour, which gives you plenty of time to lie back and relax, and truly let yourself rewind. The mask feels so refreshing and cooling on the skin, and I really loved how revitalised and nourished it left my skin feeling. My skin felt so clean and nourished, it truly felt like all the oil and grime had vanished.
Unlike the last Oh K! mask that I used, which smelt a little like Veet…, this mask had a wonderful smell, and its fresh scent matched the coolness and moisturising effect of the mask. The only tiny thing that I would change about this mask is the size of it, and the fit of it to my face. It didn’t fully fit around my mouth, but thankfully the majority of my problem areas were covered by the mask.
Would I re-use this mask?
I would definitely re-use this mask, and I think it may be my favourite Oh K! mask to date. The fresh scent, the refreshing mask and the lovely way it left my skin meant that I’d definitely reach for it again, and I’m excited to try more hydrogel masks in the future.
