Whilst in Liverpool I tried out some of the Soap & Glory Fab Pore range, because what better place to try out the aptly named range than the home of The Fab Four? I’ll be doing a post in the near future about the Fab Pore Foam Cleanser and the Blot Right Now Blotting Sheets, but for now I’m going to focus on my favourite form of skincare: the Fab Pore face mask.

My skin was feeling incredibly clogged and disgusting when I used this mask and I was amazed by the effect it had on my skin. It has pore-refining techniques, which instantly make your pores appear smaller and gives you a more flawless complexion, but I didn’t expect it to leave my skin looking quite so radiant. It only had to be left on for 15-20 minutes, making it a quick, incredibly effective fix.

This mask was incredibly easy to apply, and there was quite a lot of serum left in the package once I’d applied it, meaning I could leave some on my skin afterwards. The only fault of this mask was the tingling, burning sensation I got when it was on my face; although there was a warning about this on the packet I didn’t expect it to be quite so tingly. It was almost like the feeling you get when applying lip plumping lip gloss, but all over your face!

Would I re-use this mask?

I would definitely re-use this mask; it left my skin feeling very cleansed and looking fantastic, it’s definitely the best mask I’ve used in a while. Although my sensitive skin didn’t seem to agree with the tingling sensation whilst the mask was on this is something I can look past, due to the amazing results.
