The Perfect Boots To Pair With Midi Skirts

Boots are the perfect things to pop on your feet in the winter time to prevent you from getting chilly toes, especially in the sub-zero temperatures we’ve been having, but they can be pretty tricky to style with my very girly style. Longer midi skirts and dresses don’t suit all styles of boots but I think I’ve found the perfect feminine pair. I see so many bloggers pulling off over the knee boots, but as I’m yet to find my perfect pair, my personal favourite style of boots is ankle boots, and these are by far the favourite pair I own.

I actually picked these up a while ago from Romwe, and they are definitely my most worn pair of boots. Unfortunately, as I got them a while ago, these exact colour ones are not currently available, but they are still online in a couple of different colours, so I thought I’d still share these looks with you.

These boots are so easy to pair with so many different midi dresses and midi skirts as they are a perfectly neutral colour and they cut off at the right height to really accentuate the length of your legs. Plus, these gorgeous boots have little bows on the back of the ankle, just like the Stuart Weitzmann ones, making them look so much more expensive than they are. High fashion details, such as those intricate bows, immediately elevate any outfit and if you’re shopping on a budget it’s so important to keep an eye out for little details that are inspired by high fashion brands, as they make any product look a lot more luxury than they really are.

If these boots weren’t already looking pretty amazing they also have lined insides, to keep your feet feeling toasty. I don’t particularly like the look of socks sticking out of the top of my ankle boots so I like this detail as it allows me to wear thin, skin coloured tights without socks with these boots.

I love your outfit it looks so cute, I have to agree that nothing beats a good pair of boots. I have a few ankle boots but I currently wear nothing but “comfortable” clothing so the boots don’t suit any of my outfits haha!

    Great post!
