Where can you buy it? I received this as a present but I have found it on chemist.co.uk
I have a new found love for cucumber, whether that’s in food, in drink or on my face, and that doesn’t change for face masks. I was in the mood for a very refreshing mask to use on my tired and dull skin and this bargain one from Skin Academy seemed like a perfect one to try. This mask definitely lived up to expectations as it hydrated and refreshed my skin and left it feeling very light and dewy. Some sheet masks can feel very heavy and drag down on the skin with the amount of serum on them, or how much product is put on the face, but this one honestly felt very light on my skin.
This packet actually comes with two sheet masks, meaning that this mask actually works out at only around 70p a mask, which is crazily cheap! It definitely doesn’t feel like a cheap mask though, it felt just as refreshing and hydrating as more expensive masks I’ve used, and I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a mask to tackle dull and dehydrated skin.
The only problem I had with this mask was the proportions of the sheet mask itself; it had very wide holes for my eyes, nose and mouth which meant that there was a section of my face, just to the side of my nose, which wasn’t covered by the mask. This meant that the pores across the inside of my cheeks weren’t touched by this mask, which is quite annoying, however the rest of my face definitely reaped the benefits of the mask.
Would I re-use this mask?
I would definitely re-use this mask, even more so as there is another mask in this packet, and will definitely repurchase it after using that one. It is incredibly refreshing for dull skin and the cheapest mask I’ve found to tackle that particular problem.
