Headbands are arguably the biggest trend of this year, and I am so excited that they are sticking around for the winter season. I loved the bright colours and lighter fabrics for headbands throughout the summer, remember the rattan headband that I styled up here? But I am so excited for the luxurious fabrics we are going to see incorporated into the headband trend for winter. I’m thinking velvet, satin and lots of pearls!
Ever since I got my fringe cut I have fallen in love with headbands even more, as I think it looks so cute! My goal is to have an array of different headbands to wear with all of my winter outfits, and I’m so glad that this is such an affordable trend to be a part of. Unlike lots of other fashion trends, such as the tulle skirt trend or fur coats, you can join in with this one for under £10, which is every girl on a budget’s dream.
One thing I am trying to do, particularly with Christmas on the horizon, is shop at small businesses. There’s just something so great knowing that your purchase is helping someone follow their dream, rather than just paying into an already established corporation.
