I am a real lover of the Garnier Skin Active range and I’ve used their face masks multiple times in the past, so I was very excited to try out this de-tiring mask. I’ve had a very stressful, tiring week due to deadlines and interviews, which I’m sure a lot of you would know about if you’re following me on Instagram, and I was in the need of serious pamper.
This mask is infused with lavender essential oil and hyaluronic acid, which is renowned for adding moisture back into your skin, and both ingredients work together to rejuvenate your skin and make you look less tired. Thanks to the lavender essential oil, this mask had the classic Garnier Skin Active range scent, which is incredibly fresh and clean, with the addition of a lavender undertone. This created a very relaxing scent, leading to a very lovely experience.
It came with a handy second layer on the mask, which made it much easier to apply. The plastic held the mask a lot firmer, meaning that it didn’t fold up and stick to itself, allowing you to place it on and mould it to the contours of your face with ease.
Would I re-use this mask?
I really enjoyed this mask and I love how hydrated it left my skin feeling. I’d definitely re-use this mask, it is yet another to add to my long list of Garnier favourites, and I’d recommend it to anyone with dry or lacklustre skin.
