I’m a lover of all things Soap & Glory, and also quite the fan of peel off masks (there’s just something so satisfying about them!), so it was no surprise that this mask caught my eye. For only £4 this face mask is an absolute bargain as it provides two uses, working out at only £2 a mask, and is a perfect way to get clear skin if you’re working on a budget.

This mask comes in a little pot, as pictured above, which would make it great for travelling. They’re perfectly transportable and could be kept inside a makeup bag/wash bag for taking on holiday for when your skin needs a little pick me up. The complementary scoop makes for an easy application, though I did still use my fingers to get into all the nooks and crannies, like around my nose, and the scoop is easily cleaned using warm soapy water. In terms of packaging this mask honestly couldn’t be made any more compact or easier.

The mask takes 20-25 minutes to set before you can peel it off, which is a bit longer than I’m used to with other masks, but the time passed quite fast as I distracted myself. I wouldn’t recommend using this mask if you’re looking for a fast face mask as it took a while to apply and set but it’s great if you’ve set some time aside for pampering.

Once I’d peeled off the mask (which was quite painful in places, so I’d be careful with sensitive skin) my skin felt so refreshed and cleansed. Every single pore felt cleared and all the muck that had been in my pores before was all gone; I’d definitely recommend using this mask if you’re struggling with blackheads or clogged pores as it really did get into every pore and clear it.

Would I re-use this mask?

I would 100% buy this mask again; it is effective and affordable, which is basically everything I look for in a face mask. Plus it’s bright pink, which will always make me love anything even more!
