Red lipstick can sometimes be scary to wear out on a daily basis as it feels very flamboyant and dressy but I’m a strong believer that it can be worn in a casual way. Red lipstick will always look pretty and classy and as we begin to transition into autumn, where darker lips are all the rage, a red lipstick is a good thing to include in your daily makeup routine.
For me, my favourite red lipstick is Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in shade 13. It has a blue undertone which suits my complexion, compared to lots of other red lipsticks which have a more orange tone. It also goes on incredibly smoothly and stays put all day. I love it!
