A Terribly Classy Halloween

Processed with VSCO with m5 preset

As you can probably tell from the fashion I often feature on my blog I’m not one to dress very dark or garish, so when it comes to Halloween you’re never going to find me dressed up as a witch. For Halloween this year I decided to channel vibes from one of my biggest fashion inspirations, Coco Chanel, and be terribly classy.

I wore this gorgeous faux tweed dress from SheIn.com, seen here on my blog, which evokes major Chanel vibes. It is incredibly comfortable, a flattering length and there are some very pretty design details. I really like the fringe detail along the waist, neck and shoulders, as it adds a more high end feel to the dress.

I paired the dress with my low block contrast toe heels, which are very clearly Chanel inspired. These are in fact a dupe of a dupe as they are a cheaper alternative to the Topshop ones, which were incredibly similar, which were a dupe of the original Chanel shoes.

To accessorise I added Chanel’s classic accessory, a string of pearls; I also wore pearl earrings to match. To add the finishing touch I got Chanel’s hairstyle using a black bob wig with a full fringe (which made me look incredibly different!).

What are you dressing up as for Halloween? Tell me in the comments below!
