Today was like something straight out of a fairy tale with an amazing Beauty and the Beast themed afternoon tea spent with my mom, aunties and cousin. We travelled to Coventry to an incredibly aesthetically pleasing place called Fargo Village where there were photo opportunities at every turn.
The afternoon tea took place in a delightfully quaint cafe called Spangles (book your own afternoon tea here!). With beautiful rose decorated blueberry muffins, Cogsworth chocolate brownies, cute little macaroons and a variety of sandwiches, the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious. The owners of the cafe were also more than willing to accommodate mine and my cousin’s allergies, which was lovely of them! We also visited the rest of the establishments within Fargo Village which had a wonderful vintage vibe.
I wore my go-to burgundy corduroy skirt (alternative here) and dressed it up a little more than usual with an intricate sheer lace top from New Look, which I managed to pick up in the sale for an absolute bargain. I paired this with a simple white cami vest top as the lace top is incredibly see-through.
For this special day I decided to wear my pink, scallop edged coat from H&M which adds an incredibly feminine, pretty finish to my outfit. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find it online but I’ve found a coat with a similar scalloped edge detail here.
For the finishing touches to this outfit I added beautiful rose gold accessories. I’m in love with my Pandora charm bracelet, princess ring and bow ring, which are all in a gorgeous rose gold colour. I received this gorgeous Lipsy watch from my auntie for my birthday and this was my first time wearing it; with its gorgeous pink and rose gold details it’s perfect.
I had a wonderfully magical day with my family and I’d recommend this adorable day out for any Disney lover!
